Yes - British Virgin Islands is a member of the Apostille Convention.

Public documents that can be legalized in the British Virgin Islands with Apostille stamps include certified copies of BVI birth, death and marriage certificates issued by the Civil Registry, Police Certificates and Certified Corporates documents, such as BVI Certificates of Incorporation, Certificates of Good Standing and Articles of Association. It is also possible to obtain apostilles for documents that have been certified by a BVI notary, including powers of attorney.
